DESTINATION FEES
A Destination Fee for events outside Brigham City to Tremonton Utah area will be charged and is calculated by mileage.
SET-UP
Please allow ample time for the item you rent from us to be set-up. The more elaborate your rental, the more time
it takes to complete set-up. Set-up service does not include moving chairs or tables in or out of cultural halls.
Sites must be cleared of unwanted furniture prior to set-up.
TURN OVER
We are not responsible to turn over the ceremony into the reception. If you would like us to turn over the ceremony
to reception the fee is $50.00.
TAKE-DOWN & CLEAN-UP
Clean-up begins no later than 10:00 p.m. We remove all our decorations. You put away chairs & tables in cultural halls and clean the hall. Please plan to allow us ample time to remove rental items before you start to clean the hall. Please do not remove linen from tables. We need to treat linen before putting them into laundry bags. The more elaborate your rental, the more time it takes to complete take-down.
PAYMENTS
At the time of booking, we require a $200.00 down payment to reserve your event date. No dates will be held without this
payment. If needed, you will be allowed 7 additional days after reservation to finalize your decision of ALL rental items
to be used. At Sixty (60) days prior to the event date reserved, 50% of the balance of your order is due. The remaining
BALANCE IN FULL will be due thirty (30) days prior to your event.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
Refundable Damage deposit amounts of $100.00 for indoor events, $200.00 for outdoor events are added in to cover any damage
to our items. In the event that the property of Embellish the Moment is taken, the client is responsible to return it within four days of the event or pay for the replacement of the item taken. Any greater damages will be billed. If rental items are exposed to ANY amount of rain or inclement weather, the refundable portion of the deposit is entirely non-refundable. If event location is changed due to weather additional charges may apply. In the event of rescheduling due to rain or other unforeseen circumstances,
client agrees to accept additional costs, if any.
OTHER FEES
If using picture wall, pictures must be delivered to us at least one week before reserved date. There will be a $15.00 late
fee for pictured delivered within one week before event.
Each payment not made by contract deadlines will be charged a $15.00 late fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand from time to time wedding plans change or must be cancelled. For cancellations made 90 days or more before
your reserved event date, $100 is refundable.
For cancellations made less than 90 days before your reserved event date all monies paid are non-refundable.
You may transfer monies paid to another date without penalty if the change is made 90 days or more before your original reserved
event date. For changes made less than 90 days prior to the original reserved event date, there will be a $100 rescheduling fee.
UNFORESEEN EVENTS
Embellish the Moment LLC and its owners are not liable for non-compliance caused by acts of nature, failure of transportation or
equipment, or by similar nature beyond reasonable control. In the event of rescheduling due to rain or other unforeseen
circumstances, client agrees to accept additional costs, if any. The client is responsible and does not hold Embellish the Moment
accountable for the actions or damages caused by guests in attendance at your event. In the event that a client or guest in
attendance at your event receives any personal injury from the property of Embellish the Moment the client will be held
responsible for costs and does not hold Embellish the Moment accountable.
